Join us for our Annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, February 1st at 6:30pm at Carolina Charter Academy. Bring a Chili or just come and taste test.
The Chili Cook Off is a true contest, and the competition is fierce. Each year, fantastic tasting chili is brought to the event. All are welcome to enter the Cook Off.
Also back this year will be the Chili Haiku contest, a chance for you to compose your ode to or about chili. The Haiku format is simple. Each poem is composed in three lines, which do not have to rhyme. The first line must have only five syllables, the second seven, and the last line back to five. 5/7/5 is the formula to follow and your Haiku must be chili related.
