-Greetings from Oregon! Sorry for the late Musings, my plans here have changed somewhat, and internet connection at the Oregon coast has been spotty.

-Yesterday my son Michael and I spent the day in pursuit of Steelhead – sea run rainbow trout that proliferate in coastal streams in the Pacific Northwest. They are highly sought after and prized. Stream conditions were low and we never got a bite all day… Oh well, it was fun being out together. Until the rain and wind came in…

Merry Christmas! It seems an odd thing to say when decorations are coming down and New Year’s is upon us in a few days. Yet Christmas is a season and not just a day. Christmas season lasts until the Feast of the Epiphany on January 6th, so Christmas greetings are entirely in order!

-Eric Grunden sent out a reminder that CTR will be glad to take any year end donations this Sunday January 31st!

-My sister is doing well recovering from foot surgery but is sidelined more than I antcipated. I have spent most of my time here being nurse to her and aide to my mom!

-I look forward to seeing you Sunday, January 7th. May the bless and keep us in the coming year.

See you Sunday!
-Bill
